"I COME AS ONE, BUT I STAND AS TEN THOUSAND."

This declaration from Dr. Maya Angelou epitomizes the strength, resilience, and connection of Black women through our individual and collective lived experiences. We could go on and on about all the ways in which Black women and women of color are marginalized, but the corporate workplace has proven to be the quintessential source of oppression for this population. Join us as we explore stories of microaggressions, exclusion, gendered racism, and the overall workplace BS that we’ve all faced. This podcast is for those of us who intimately know this struggle, and it’s also for leaders and CEOs, or anyone who is brave enough to contribute to and champion the success of Black women. We’ll hear from experts and practitioners who’ll share information and strategies for moving beyond the burden of personal responsibility to healing from workplace trauma. As your co-hosts, we’re on a mission to provoke sustainable change and build sisterly bonds as we grow our 10K community.

Always with love,
